If you want to view your existing Homechoice account or are a new customer and want to make an application click on Login/My account above.

Homechoice gives you more say in deciding where you wish to live and makes the process much more open, letting you see which properties are available, what the rent is and who can bid for them.  We also list some of the properties available for shared ownership and affordable homes for sale via Homebuy. Once you have completed your online application form we will assess your need and write to you with your Banding, you will then be able to bid for up to 3 suitable properties advertised on this website Saturday to Wednesday each week. Properties are generally allocated to the bidder in the highest Band and who meets any stated criteria i.e. local connection to the parish etc.

Important Changes To Social Housing Tenancies There are important changes which may affect new tenants. Landlords will be able to offer shorter term tenancies and some may also charge higher rents. It is important you understand these changes and what it means for you before accepting a property from a social landlord.
